Registration, Literature Request, Feedback and Contact Forms
Some portions of The Company web site may request that a user complete a contact form.

A user has the option to contact us at the www.caps-necks.com web site for personalized service and must first complete the registration form. During site registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is shared with a Company representative and is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
